Thomason and Zhang Named All-Ivy League

PHILADELPHIA – The Ivy League announced its All-Ivy teams for volleyball on Monday morning. The University of Pennsylvania was represented with two student-athletes earning honors.

Senior outside hitter Cara Thomason earned second-team honors. This is the fourth All-Ivy League selection for Thomason. She was named honorable mention from 2002-04. Thomason finished her career as Penn’s all-time leader in digs with 1,525 and fourth in kills with 993.

Linda Zhang – who led the Quakers 873 assists – was an honorable mention All-Ivy League selection. It was the first All-Ivy honor for the sophomore setter.
