PHILADELPHIA – The Ivy League Conference, in conjunction with the ESPN family of networks today announced their programming schedule for the upcoming winter seasons in addition to their partnership for the 2017 Ivy League Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournaments.
The University of Pennsylvania women’s basketball team will be featured on the ESPN3 four times during the regular season, upping their total number of games on television to five for 2016-17. The Quakers will also have their Sunday, Nov. 13th contest vs. Duke featured on ACC Network Extra.
In the inaugural conference tournament, both women’s semifinals will be broadcast live on ESPN3 and tape-delayed on ESPNU. The championship matchup set for Sunday, March 12 will be shown live on ESPNU.
The Quakers kick off the 2016-17 season this weekend when they travel to Durham, N.C. to take on the Duke Blue Devils. Game time is slated for 2 p.m. at Cameron Indoor Stadium.
