Senior Monica Naltner has led the Quakers with solid play in all three games. She currently leads the team in points (57) and rebounds (26) and has been a consistent spark for the team on both ends of the court.
Joining Naltner at the top of the team scoring are seniors Joey Rhoads with 51 points and Lauren Pears with 37. Pears also leads the team with 16 assists and 10 steals.
The Blue Hens are 4-1 this season and received votes in both the AP and USA Today national polls after stunning No. 20 Kentucky and San Francisco at the USF Classic last weekend.
Delaware is led by Tyresa Smith who in five games has scored 95 points including a career-high 28 points against Kentucky in the Hens’ first ever win over a ranked opponent. Smith is second in team rebounding with 34 boards, behind Chrissy Fisher. Fisher has 46 rebounds and is second in team scoring with 87 points.
