Women's Cross Country Begins Season at Old Nassau Run

PRINCETON, N.J.--Senior Leah Brogan finished 10th in the field at the Old Nassau Run and led the women's cross country team to a fifth-place finish in Princeton, N.J.

Brogan's time of 22:51.10 on the 6K course led the Quakers. Vetrans Anna Aagenes and Kinjal Parikh were second and third while newcomers Laura Steel and Rachel Humphrey rounded out the scorers for Penn.

The Quakers finished with 149 points in fifth place. Georgetown led with a lean 28 points.

Penn is back in action Sept. 20 at Iona.
