Women's Fencing Wins Five at Philadelphia Invitational; Men Go 2-0

PHILADELPHIA - Penn sent both its men's and women's fencing teams across the city on Sunday to compete in the Philadelphia Invitational at Temple University. It was a productive day as both teams brought back multiple victories. The women's team had six matches on the day, dropping its first match to Northwestern, 14-13, before rattling off five stright wins to close the day. The men only had two team bouts, and emerged victorious in both of them, defeating Duke and North Carolina.
