Women's Golf at Brown Invitational

PHILADELPHIA - The Penn women's golf team has one tournament left before the Ivy League Championships at the end of April. That tournament comes this Sunday and Monday, as the Quakers compete in the 36-hole Brown Invitational. The teams will play 18 holes on Sunday and another 18 on Monday at the par-72 Rhode Island Country Club in Barrington, R.I.

Penn's lineup has altered somewhat from earlier this week, when the Quakers took fifth place at the Hoya Women's Invitational. The Quakers will send out a lineup that features senior Tiffany Cheung, juniors Isabel Han and Libby Hooton, sophomore Olivia Chang, and freshman Amanda Chin.

"This is our last event before Ivies, and we are going to see how we stack up against a few of the Ivy League teams this week at Brown," said Head Coach Mark Anderson. "The team has been hit with sickness and injuries over the past couple of weeks, but we have had some solid play from our captain, Tiffany Cheung, junior Isabel Han and freshman Amanda Chin. I am still expecting a strong finish from the team this week and we will work on things over the next 2 weeks with the goal of everyone being healthy and peaking at Ivies."
