Women's Rowing Looks to Continue its Success this Saturday at Princeton

PHILADLEPHIA - The University of Pennsylvania women’s rowing team competes in its final cup race of the season this Saturday, traveling to Princeton, N.J. to compete against Princeton and Dartmouth for the Award Plaque (1984 Trophy) at Lake Carnegie.

The History

Princeton has won this race 21 times in the 22-year history. Dartmouth won the second-ever running in 1986, but the Tigers have taken the cup 20 consecutive years. Last season, the Tigers finished at 6:18.3, coming in nearly 20 seconds ahead of the Big Green and 33 seconds in front of Penn.
