Hanover, N.H. - The University of Pennsylvania women's soccer team battled to a 1-1 draw with Dartmouth this afternoon. The Quakers have not lost in their last seven games and remain undefeated in Ivy League play.
Jenna Linden scored her first goal of the season 41 seconds into the game to give the Red and Blue (6-4-2, 3-0-1)a quick 1-0 lead. The Quakers, who held Dartmouth (5-5-3, 1-2-1)scoreless for almost 90 minutes, seemed to have victory locked, but it was not to be. With three seconds remaining Allison Green headed in a corner kick by Emily Tracy to tie the game. The two teams battled into a scoreless double overtime.
The Quakers are back in action on Oct. 20 when they travel to face non-conference opponent Rider.
