Philadelphia,Pa.- The University of Pennsylvania women's squash team fell to Dartmouth, 6-3 to close out the weekend in the Ringe Squash Courts.
"It was a tough defeat," said Head Coach Jack Wyant. "We did have some positive performances. Paula Pearson was very businesslike in her match and the results showed that. Chloe Wynne was our only player to sweep on the weekend. She had really worked on her tactics and it showed."
Pearson earned her victory at No. 1 with a 3-0 victory over Christie Alexander. Dartmouth then took the next three matches before Lauralynn Drury shutout Becca Loucks at No. 4, 3-0. Wynne continued her excellent play over the weekend with a 3-0 win over Jessica Tory at No. 7.
The Quakers next return to the court on Saturday, Feb.12 when theyhost Trinityat 11 a.m. in the Ringe Squash Courts.
