Women's Squash Holds off Williams, 9-0

PHILADELPHIA – Inits first match since being ranked No.1 in the country, the University of Pennsylvania women’s squash teamdowned Williams, 9-0, Saturday at Ringe Courts. Penn (4-0) won six of the nine matches by a 3-0 count.

Kristen Lange picked up a 3-0 win over Toby Eyre at the No.1 position. At No. 2, Sydney Scott followed with a 3-0 win as well. Seniors Radhika Ahluwalia and Paula Pearson both won their matches in four games.

Britt Hebden, Tara Chawla, Alisha Turner, and Caitlin Russell all won 3-0.

Penn returns to action Jan. 17 at Franklin & Marshall at 6 p.m.
