PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania women’s squash team will be honored by the Trustees’ Council of Penn Women this coming Friday at the organization’s spring conference.
The team will be recognized for its 2015 Ivy League championship season, which saw Penn go an undefeated 7-0 in Ivy play, finishing with an overall record of 14-3, and finishing fourth in the country after the College Squash Association Team National Championship Howe Cup.
The Quakers had three individuals named All-Ivy and CSA All-America from their championships team. Freshman Marie Stephan and sophomore Anaka Alankamony were named All-Ivy and First-team CSA All-America, while junior Yan Xin Tan was named All-Ivy and Second-team CSA All-America.
