Women's Tennis Downed by VCU, 6-1

RICHMOND Va. - After starting the season 2-1, the Quakers dropped their third straight match Sunday afternoon to No. 29 ranked VCU in Richmond, Va. Penn now holds a 2-4 overall record following its 6-1 loss to the Rams. Junior Alexa Ely had the Red and Blue's sole win, claiming a three-set victory in No. 1 singles.

The Quakershope to get back on the winning side next Sunday when they host Bucknell at noon.
