Women's Track and Field Competes in Wake Forest Open

Final Results

Winston-Salem, N.C.—Penn women’s track and field finished up at the Wake Forest Open Saturday, finishing in eleventh in the 4x100 meter relay in 49.37.

Kathryn Gevitz and Camille Richard finished 18th and 19th in the long jump for the Quakers with distances of 5.28 and 5.27 meters, respectively.

Penn’s top finisher came yesterday in Day 1 of the meet with a fifth-place finish by Carol Xu in the 1,000 meters with a time of 39:58.16.

Jamie Liberti’s time of 18:03.95 in the 5,000 meters was good for sixth place.

The Quakers head to the Maryland Invite next on March 29th at College Park, Md.
