It is also important to recognize that Penn student-athletes develop unique, transferable skills throughout their undergraduate student-athlete experiences. The Student Development staff meets with student-athletes regularly to provide guidance on how to maximize those experiences and use them to gain access to internships and career opportunities. Student Development has also partnered with Penn Career Services to provide tailored workshops for student-athletes.
