PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania women's basketball team has released its 2026-27 non-conference schedule, announced by head coach Mike McLaughlin on Wednesday afternoon.

The Quakers begin the 2026-27 campaign on Nov. 3 when Swarthmore makes its way to University City. Drexel comes to The Palestra three days later (Nov. 6) to begin Big 5 play, before McLaughlin's group is tasked with its first road trip of the year at Norfolk State (Nov. 8).

Penn returns home on Nov. 12 for a matchup with Longwood and is met with ACC foe North Carolina on Nov. 14. Road tests at Saint Joseph's (Nov. 18) and Maine (Nov. 22) highlight the following week, along with a home contest versus Hofstra (Nov. 24). November comes to a close when the Red and Blue venture to California to battle Chapman (Nov. 27) and reigning national champion UCLA (Nov. 29).
 
December features three opportunities to see the Quakers play at The Palestra during the season-long centennial celebration. The month begins with a road test at Maryland Eastern Shore (Dec. 3) prior to Penn returning home on Dec. 6 to host the 2026 Big 5 Classic. Following finals week, McLaughlin's squad returns to the court on Dec. 18 and Dec. 19 for back-to-back meetings with William & Mary and Binghamton to close out the calendar year and non-conference slate.

"Our non-conference schedule will provide our team with tremendous opportunities to grow and compete against some of the best programs in the country. Traveling to UCLA over Thanksgiving and hosting North Carolina at The Palestra during homecoming weekend are two exciting challenges and great opportunities for our players and our fans," McLaughlin said. "We've built this schedule with the goal of testing ourselves and continuing to prepare for the demands of Ivy League play. We're looking forward to the challenge and to another exciting season of Penn basketball."
